Newburn Power staff skills recognised through Reset accreditation
With rapid response a critical factor in a power emergency, Newburn have gained new accreditation to make their service even more efficient.
Reset accreditation, gained this month, will provide all the assurances clients need that Newburn staff are appropriately skilled and qualified and that the company meets all pre-qualification criteria for any job.
This new accreditation will enable Newburn to hold all employee qualifications, experience and training details on a central database that can be accessed by customers, and Newburn employees need only carry a single Reset card to provide proof of identity and expertise. This means that staff will be able to access client sites quickly, improving efficiency for both Newburn and for their customers.
Carole Bright from Newburn Power comments on this successful application for Reset accreditation,
“As a contracting company, we take our responsibilities under HSE and CDM legislation very seriously. We were keen to gain Reset accreditation as it will help both ourselves and our customers to be automatically assured of compliance. Employee development is also key to our business success and the new accreditation will ensure that all our staff’s qualifications are up-to-date, helping us to manage employee training and showing our customers that all staff working on site have the level of expertise they have come to expect from Newburn Power Rental.”
